Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG)

Hot-dip galvanizing involves immersing steel trays in molten zinc at around 450°C, forming a thick, durable layer that protects against corrosion . This coating provides sacrificial protection, meaning the zinc oxidizes before the steel rusts, and can last 20–50+ years in outdoor environments. HDG is ideal for coastal areas, industrial plants, and locations with heavy rain or humidity. High-Resistance (HR) Zinc Alloys

These coatings are thinner than HDG but still provide excellent rust resistance and are suitable for wire mesh trays, small accessories, and complex shapes .
